When will my order ship?
Orders will ship within 3–5 business days after purchase (unless stated otherwise during pre-orders). Pre-orders ship 6-8 weeks after pre-orders close.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
Please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist you.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
What items cannot be returned?
Worn, washed, damaged items, or items without original tags/hygiene liners cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Visit our returns portal on our website and enter your order number to begin.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for size changes if the item is in stock.
What if my size is sold out?
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Exchanges ship out within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Is this a limited launch?
Yes. Our launch is limited pre-orders only. Once items sell out, they may not restock. Be Magnetic Collection Open May 1 and closes May 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-order items are made specifically for this launch. Production begins after the pre-order window closes.
When will pre-order items ship?

Can I cancel my pre-order?
