We are sorry something did not quite work out. We want to help you get this right.

What is eligible for return or exchange:

  • Returns/Refunds: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners attached, with no stains, deodorant marks, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Exchanges: Only if we have your size in stock. Otherwise, store credit is offered.

Not eligible: Worn, washed, damaged items, or items missing tags/hygiene liners.

On your order confirmation email: Look for Order# in the email body or subject line OR on your packing slip: Look for # in the upper-left corner.

In the message box, tell us:

  • Which item(s) need attention (product name, size, color)
  • What happened (wrong size, damaged, defective, other)
  • What you would like (exchange for a different size, store credit, refund)
  • Anything else helpful (photos of damage or issue if available)


Our team will check everything and reply within 24–72 hours with return shipping instructions. We have got you covered!
